Laura specializes in guiding people through life’s most tender and challenging seasons. She works with clients navigating anxiety, infertility and loss, the transitions of motherhood, and healing from family conflict or past trauma. Her mission is to create a safe, compassionate space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to make meaningful, lasting change.

Her therapeutic approach is grounded in empathy, trust, and collaboration. Drawing from IFS, Polyvagal theory, trauma-informed, attachment-focused, and relational frameworks- Laura helps clients explore their strengths, untangle old patterns, and foster healing and growth in ways that feel authentic and sustainable.

Laura has a particular focus on college students, and supporting women through anxiety, infertility, miscarriage, pregnancy, and early parenthood. Recognizing how isolating these experiences can feel, she strives to ensure that her clients never have to navigate them alone.
