Laura Knox, LCSW-C
Mental Health Therapist
Laura specializes in supporting women navigating life's most tender and challenging seasons, whether managing anxiety, coping with infertility and loss, adjusting to motherhood, or healing from family conflict and trauma. Her goal is to provide a safe, compassionate space where clients can feel seen, supported, and empowered to create meaningful change.
Her approach is grounded in empathy and trust, drawing from trauma-centered, attachment-informed, and relational perspectives. Together with her clients, she explores individual strengths, helps untangle old patterns, and works toward healing and growth in ways that feel authentic and sustainable.
She especially values walking alongside women through the complexities of infertility, miscarriage, pregnancy, and new parenthood. These experiences can feel isolating, but her clients don't have to navigate them alone.
Outside of the therapy room, she enjoys spending time with her rainbow babies, crocheting, video games, tending her garden, and getting lost in her overflowing bookshelves.
