Green Valley Therapy is looking for caring, compassionate individuals to join our clinical team. If you are a professional who works to deliver the highest quality of care to your clients, please review the available roles below and complete the application.

  • Green Valley Therapy is seeking Clinical Site Supervisors to support and oversee the clinical team at each of our site locations in New Market, Frederick, and Boonsboro, MD. This role offers an opportunity to diversify beyond 1:1 client care by providing leadership, supervision, and site-specific support to provisionally and fully licensed clinicians. Clinical Site Supervisors manage a caseload while providing weekly or monthly clinical supervision (depending on the clinician’s licensure), promoting professional growth, and fostering a positive and collaborative culture within their site.

This position’s weekly hours will vary depending on the size and needs of the assigned site. While a supervisory license is not required at the time of hire, the site supervisor will be expected to obtain one within three months of starting the position.

    Reports to:

    Assistant Clinical Director

Clinical Site Supervisor Duties and Responsibilities:

    ● Oversee and support provisionally (PLC) and fully licensed clinicians (FLC) assigned to your site.

    ○ Provide monthly clinical supervision (one-hour sessions) to one or more clinicians.

    ○ Monitor note quality, timeliness of notes, documentation standards, and overall clinical performance-including reviewing and co-signing clinical documentation fo provisionally licensed clinicians.

    ○ Ensure supervised clinicians understand and follow all GVT policies, procedures, and clinical expectations.

    ○ Foster the clinical and professional development of clinicians through guidance, feedback, and collaborative problem-solving.

    ● Support new clinician onboarding, including monitoring clinicians in their 30, 60, and 90-day introductory periods.

    ● Promote a positive, supportive, and growth-oriented culture within the assigned site and in connection to overall team culture.

    ● Monitor site supplies and general upkeep, addressing or reporting needs to support a clean, organized environment.

    ● Perform other related supervisory duties as assigned.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    ● Clinical Site Supervisors are expected to consistently meet or exceed all clinical, documentation, and professional standards, including punctuality in reporting to work, attending sessions and meetings, submitting documentation, and responding to clinician needs.

    ● Must attend monthly staff and supervisor meetings.

    ● Must demonstrate consistent professionalism for 3–6 months following the resolution of any performance concerns, with the duration determined by the significance of the issue.

    ● Must have an eagerness to work hard and invest in the team as well as the growth of Green Valley Therapy.
