Sliding scale available for those who qualify. Intern sessions are self-pay only and supervised by a licensed clinician.

Many of our providers are in-network with these plans.

Couples sessions are always self-pay and aren’t covered by insurance.

Out-of-network? We can provide a superbill to submit to your insurer. See what to ask.

24-hour cancellation policy: $100 fee for late cancellations and no-shows. Read the policy

We need a card on file before your first session.

Accepted cards:

You can save your card securely through your Headway or Jane patient portal.

If your balance reaches $100 or more, sessions are paused until it’s paid.

Your appointment time is reserved just for you.

A missed or late-canceled session is time that could have gone to another client, so we hold this policy for everyone.

For plans we don’t participate with directly. Your plan may still cover part or all of your sessions. Ask your insurer:

Mental health coverage
Does my plan include out-of-network mental health benefits?
Deductible
Do I have an out-of-network deductible? How much is it, and how much have I met?
Session limits
How many therapy sessions are covered per calendar year?
Referrals
Do I need a referral or written approval from my primary care doctor?

For self-pay and out-of-network clients. Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to an estimate of what your care will cost before you begin.

Timely notice
You’ll get a written estimate at least 1 business day before your session. You can also ask for one before booking.
Cost transparency
Your estimate shows the total expected cost of your care.
Bill protection
If your bill is at least $400 more than your estimate, you can dispute it.
