Athletes of all levels find a uniquely understanding ally in Eddie, whose personal background in highly competitive baseball through college informs his work with NCAA, professional, and high school athletes. He skillfully helps sports participants develop stronger mindsets, build self-esteem and confidence, manage performance anxiety, and navigate the often challenging transitions out of competitive sports.

Always expanding his therapeutic toolkit, Eddie is currently pursuing PATH certification for Equine-based Mental Health services, reflecting his commitment to offering innovative, holistic approaches to healing and personal growth.

With a compassionate approach to healing and growth, Eddie brings his extensive education and diverse experience to each therapeutic relationship. Having earned his Master's in Social Work from the University of Maryland's School of Social Work with a specialization in health, he has built a practice grounded in understanding and empathy.

Eddie's professional journey includes meaningful work at Johns Hopkins Bayview Emergency Department and Baltimore City Public Schools, where he developed a deep appreciation for the unique challenges faced by individuals across the lifespan. His warm, supportive approach has helped children, adolescents, and adults navigate a wide range of social, emotional, and behavioral concerns.

Drawing from his experience working with depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, substance use, and crisis intervention, Eddie creates a safe space where clients can explore their challenges and discover their strengths. As a dedicated advocate for disability equity, he offers particularly insightful guidance to high school and college students navigating life transitions.

During his time at the British Embassy in the Northern Ireland sector, Eddie conducted meaningful research on intergenerational trauma affecting families and children facing community violence in Belfast. This important work received notable recognition from the Catholic University of America and deepened his understanding of how trauma impacts communities across generations.
