I incorporate your interests into our sessions, whether that’s gaming, music, art, or other passions, to help you feel connected to the work we’re doing.
If you’re a young person dealing with anxiety, struggling with self-esteem, or working through questions about identity, coming out, or family dynamics, I understand what it’s like to navigate mental health struggles firsthand.
I’m a Mental Health Therapist who graduated from Salisbury University with a passion for helping others navigate life’s challenges. I’ve always been the friend people turn to for support during difficult times, and my own mental health journey has given me insight that I love sharing with clients who have similar stories.
I specialize in working with children, adolescents, teens, and young adults, with a particular focus on neurodevelopmental disorders, self-esteem building, and anxiety management. As a member of the LGBTQ community, I bring personal understanding and cultural competence to my work with LGBTQ clients, creating a safe and affirming space to address identity, coming out, family dynamics, and related challenges.
I’m committed to making therapy engaging and personalized. I incorporate your interests into our sessions, whether that’s gaming, music, art, or other passions. My approach goes beyond traditional talk therapy to create experiences where you feel genuinely connected to the work you’re doing. Drawing on experience with different therapeutic modalities, I create a welcoming space where young people feel safe to share and work through whatever challenges they’re facing.
I’m dedicated to providing a space where you can be yourself, explore what matters to you, and discover new strengths along the way. If that sounds like what you’re looking for, I’d love to hear from you.
Outside of work, I’m married and live in a lively household with 26 animals, including four energetic dogs who keep me on my toes! When I’m not with clients, you’ll find me at home caring for my pets, composing music, working on vocal production, or diving into my favorite video games, especially Pokémon.
Finding the right fit is the most important part of therapy.
Whether you’d like to request a specific therapist or let us match you with the next available specialist tailored to your needs, we’re here to guide you every step of the way.
