Rossana Hilario recognizes the incredible strength and resilience that exists within every child and family who seeks support. As a bilingual, licensed Clinical Social Worker, Rossana brings eight years of specialized experience working with children, youth, and their families, as well as supporting adults, couples, and members of the LGBTQ+ community. She earned her master's degree in social work from the University of Maryland, Baltimore (UMB), and holds undergraduate degrees in both Biological Sciences and Public Health from the University of Maryland, College Park (UMCP).
Throughout her career, Rossana has gained valuable experience in settings that serve children and families. She has worked in a crisis stabilization program, provided direct support within a middle school environment, served in outpatient clinics, and successfully managed a specialized program for mothers navigating postpartum depression, understanding how maternal mental health impacts the entire family system.
