Outside of the office, you can find Meghan walking her energetic pup, spending time outside, traveling, cooking, reading, and laughing with friends. She loves to try out new coffee shops and finds it hard to turn down a fresh pastry and amazing iced coffee (regardless of the season)!

Meghan is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and earned her Master's Degree in Social Work from Salisbury University. She has experience working in various mental health settings, including inpatient and outpatient care as well as ages ranging from three to 65. Deciding to seek therapy can be a scary decision for some, and for others it may be an easy or even exciting one. No matter what you are feeling about embarking on this journey, Meghan’s primary goal is to make you feel comfortable and safe, and she will work together with you to determine and meet your own goals. She believes a meaningful, authentic connection with clients is the foundation for growth and healing.
Meghan’s holistic approach and tailored treatment allows her to meet the needs of each person, so no one treatment will look the same. She focuses on a client-centered approach coupled with evidence-based principles like cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy.
Meghan says she enjoys working with people who need help with managing their worries, fears, and feelings of doubt, loneliness, and sadness. She works well with those who need help figuring out ways to think of themselves in a more positive light and works with patients to create boundaries and self assurance, navigate life transitions, and let go of perfectionism. Meghan would be a good fit if you are looking for help identifying your values and how to make your life reflect them more authentically or if you are looking to cultivate personal growth.
Meghan will work with you to develop goals to move towards positive change. Through self-reflection, therapy can develop your capacity to be more self-aware, challenge negative thoughts, and build toward a more safe and healthy lifestyle. She aims to create a safe, inclusive, and therapeutically supportive environment where clients feel seen, valued and heard.
