Deciding to seek therapy can feel scary, easy, or even exciting. Whatever you’re feeling, my primary goal is to help you feel comfortable and safe.

Deciding to seek therapy can be a scary decision for some, and for others it may be an easy or even exciting one. No matter what you’re feeling about embarking on this journey, my primary goal is to help you feel comfortable and safe.

I enjoy working with people who need help managing their worries, fears, and feelings of doubt, loneliness, and sadness. I work well with those who want to find ways to think of themselves in a more positive light, and I work with clients to create boundaries and self-assurance, navigate life transitions, and let go of perfectionism. I may be a good fit if you’re looking for help identifying your values and how to make your life reflect them more authentically, or if you’re looking to cultivate personal growth.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and earned my Master’s Degree in Social Work from Salisbury University. I have experience working in various mental health settings, including inpatient and outpatient care, with clients ranging in age from three to 65. I specialize in working with individuals with depression, anxiety, trauma, OCD, and other mood disorders.

I believe a meaningful, authentic connection with clients is the foundation for growth and healing. My holistic, tailored approach allows me to meet the needs of each person, so no two treatments will look the same. I combine a client-centered focus with evidence-based principles like cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy.

Together, we’ll determine your own goals and work toward positive change. Through self-reflection, therapy can develop your capacity to be more self-aware, challenge negative thoughts, and build toward a safer and healthier lifestyle. I aim to create a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment where you feel seen, valued, and heard. Whenever you’re ready to take that first step, I’d love to hear from you.

A little about me

Outside of the office, you can find me walking my energetic pup, spending time outside, traveling, cooking, reading, and laughing with friends. I love to try out new coffee shops and find it hard to turn down a fresh pastry and an amazing iced coffee (regardless of the season)!

Finding the right fit is the most important part of therapy.

Whether you’d like to request a specific therapist or let us match you with the next available specialist tailored to your needs, we’re here to guide you every step of the way.
