There is something truly powerful about witnessing the growth and empowerment that occurs when people recognize their own strengths.
Lindsay is passionate about helping individuals from all walks of life navigate their unique journeys, believing deeply that healing and progress are not meant to happen alone; it takes a village. She is honored to be part of her clients' villages, offering support, encouragement, and guidance along the way.
Lindsay's approach is grounded in authenticity and grace. She believes in showing up fully present for her clients, finding humor even on hard days, and creating space for people to give themselves the compassion they deserve. Her therapeutic philosophy centers on meeting clients where they are and helping them discover the resources they already carry within themselves.
With academic training from Messiah University and Purdue Global University, Lindsay brings a thoughtful, collaborative approach to her work with children, adolescents, and adults. She has a particular passion for Internal Family Systems (IFS) work, which explores the different parts within us and helps clients develop compassion and understanding for all aspects of themselves. This approach aligns beautifully with her belief in recognizing people's inherent strengths and supporting their natural capacity for healing.
Lindsay works with clients navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and the everyday challenges that can leave us feeling stuck or overwhelmed. Her therapy room is a place where clients can bring their whole selves, the parts they're proud of and the parts they're still learning to accept, and find a compassionate witness to their journey.
Outside of her professional life, you can usually find Lindsay cheering very loudly for her 15-year-old daughter at year-round volleyball games (you've probably heard her in the stands).
She loves spending quality time with her family and hanging out with their dog, Poochie, who keeps life entertaining and full of laughs. When she carves out moments for herself, Lindsay enjoys getting lost in a good book and exploring her creative side through pottery.
