Healing and progress are not meant to happen alone; it takes a village. Whenever you’re ready, I’d love to be part of yours.
If anxiety, depression, a life transition, or the everyday challenges of life have left you feeling stuck or overwhelmed, I want you to know that healing and progress are not meant to happen alone; it takes a village. I’m passionate about helping people from all walks of life navigate their unique journeys, and I’m honored to be part of my clients’ villages, offering support, encouragement, and guidance along the way.
With academic training from Messiah University and Purdue Global University, I bring a collaborative approach to my work with children, adolescents, and adults.
There is something truly powerful about witnessing the growth and empowerment that occurs when people recognize their own strengths. My approach is grounded in authenticity and grace. I believe in showing up fully present, finding humor even on hard days, and creating space for you to give yourself the compassion you deserve. My therapeutic philosophy centers on meeting you where you are and helping you discover the resources you already carry within yourself.
I have a particular passion for Internal Family Systems (IFS), which explores the different parts within us and helps you develop compassion and understanding for all aspects of yourself. This approach aligns beautifully with my belief in recognizing people’s inherent strengths and supporting their natural capacity for healing. My therapy room is a place where you can bring your whole self, the parts you’re proud of and the parts you’re still learning to accept, and find a compassionate witness to your journey. Whenever you’re ready, I’d love to be part of your village.
Outside of my professional life, you can usually find me cheering very loudly for my 15-year-old daughter at her year-round volleyball games (you’ve probably heard me in the stands). I love spending quality time with my family and hanging out with our dog, Poochie, who keeps life entertaining and full of laughs. When I carve out moments for myself, I enjoy getting lost in a good book and exploring my creative side through pottery.
Finding the right fit is the most important part of therapy.
Whether you’d like to request a specific therapist or let us match you with the next available specialist tailored to your needs, we’re here to guide you every step of the way.
