Kelly Jarvis

Director of Communications

Kelly's journey in communications began in the vibrant world of media, where she honed her skills at various radio stations in DC and Baltimore. Her foundation was laid at James Madison University, where she earned a BA in Broadcasting with a Minor in Speech Communications, setting the stage for a career rich in connecting with others.

As the digital landscape evolved, so did Kelly's path. She embraced the changing times, guiding radio stations across the country in implementing and monetizing HD Radio technology. Her adaptability shone through as she transitioned into the burgeoning field of digital marketing, working with branding and marketing firms before establishing her own business in Frederick.

Wellness has always been at the heart of Kelly's pursuits. Since the age of 22, she has been sharing her passion for fitness, teaching classes and eventually realizing her dream of owning a wellness studio right here in New Market. Her dedication to both physical and mental well-being makes her an invaluable asset to the practice, as she continually deepens her knowledge in trauma-informed and restorative yoga methods, while also incorporating meditation into her personal life.

Kelly wears many hats with grace and enthusiasm. She's a skilled communicator, a loving wife, and a devoted mother of three. Her servant leadership extends beyond her roles as a business owner, certified personal trainer, yoga instructor, and long-time Spinning instructor. Kelly's commitment to her community is evident in her involvement with the New Market Green Team and her role as chair of the Deer Dash 5K event committee for the PTA.

Understanding the importance of self-care, Kelly nurtures her own well-being through her faith, attending church, and seeking holistic treatments like physical therapy, acupuncture, and massage. Her multifaceted approach to life and wellness resonates with those around her, making her a compassionate and relatable presence in both her professional and personal endeavors.
