For the past six years, I’ve supported individuals on their journeys as a life coach in my private coaching practice, specializing in self-care, mindfulness, and leadership. With an expected graduation date of May 2027 from the University of Maryland, Baltimore, I’m thrilled to be completing my advanced practicum with Green Valley Therapy!

My approach to therapy is to build nurturing relationships where clients can feel both supported and challenged to grow. I believe in a holistic approach, drawing on mindfulness, somatics, creativity, and motivational interviewing, and my work is rooted in self-compassion and attachment theory. When we become curious about why we are the way we are without judgment, healing can finally begin.

In this fast-paced world that asks so much of us, I hope therapy can be a space where you can come home to your authentic self and know that you are enough.

A little about me

I’m an avid forager and amateur herbalist, and I play the frame drum and guitar. You can usually find me on the trail with my dog, Luna, reading a sci-fi series, or dancing my heart out to EDM. I’ve founded three women’s circles across the country and am passionate about the power of community in the healing process.
