Eliane Coates, LCPC

With a warm presence and deep commitment to holistic healing, Eliane brings both academic excellence and real-world wisdom to her therapeutic practice. After earning her Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Hood College and securing her LCPC, she has dedicated herself to supporting adults, adolescents, and children through their healing journeys.

Her unique approach to therapy is enriched by her background in outdoor education, where she discovered firsthand the profound healing power of nature. As a certified Nature Informed Therapist, she thoughtfully incorporates the natural world into her practice, offering walk-and-talk sessions for those who feel called to explore their inner landscape while experiencing the outdoors.

At the heart of Eliane's practice is a person-centered philosophy that recognizes each client's individual path. She draws from her extensive experience working with anxiety, school-based challenges, career transitions, and grief, weaving in the Internal Family Systems perspective to help clients discover their inner resources for healing.

Beyond her professional life, Eliane embodies the joy and creativity she hopes to nurture in others. She finds inspiration in live music, expresses herself through collage art, and maintains strong connections with her community and friends. These experiences enrich her understanding of the human experience and inform her compassionate approach to therapy.
