Catherine Copeland-Carr

Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT)

Cat is a compassionate soul with deep roots in Frederick County. Growing up in the charming town of Mt. Airy, she developed a strong connection to her community from an early age. After graduating from Urbana High, Cat's passion for health and wellness led her to Towson University, where she earned a B.S. in Exercise Science in 2013.

Throughout her life, Cat has harbored a love for sports and fitness, which naturally drew her towards the field of massage therapy. She saw the perfect synergy between fitness, rehabilitation, and massage, and decided to pursue this path with enthusiasm.

What Cat discovered in bodywork was far more than just a physical practice. It became a profound way for her to connect with others on a mental and emotional level as well. Her heart swelled with the realization that she could make a significant difference in people's lives, helping them feel their absolute best in body, mind, and spirit.

For the past seven years, Cat has dedicated herself to her craft as a Licensed Massage Therapist. She approaches each client with genuine care and understanding, recognizing that everyone's needs and concerns are unique. Her specialties in Deep Tissue, Medical, and Swedish massage allow her to tailor her approach to best serve each individual who comes to her for healing.

Cat's journey from a local Frederick native to a skilled bodyworker is a testament to her commitment to helping others. Her empathetic nature and professional expertise combine to create a truly nurturing experience for all her clients.
