As a therapist, I recognize you as the expert of your own life. My goal is to create a collaborative and client-led space where you feel seen, heard, and empowered on your path to wellness.

If you are looking to…

Navigate confusing family and relationship dynamics that have made you feel ignored, guilty, or stuck,

Move from people-pleasing to communicating directly and effectively with confidence,

Process the impacts of childhood traumas that left you feeling unloved, unprotected, or abandoned,

Work through significant life transitions like going to college, starting a family, or losing a loved one,

… I am your therapist.

Strengths I Bring to Our Sessions:

I understand the unique wiring of neurodivergence, including ADHD and Autism.

I have an affinity for role-playing difficult scenarios in a safe and collaborative way.

I am able to identify less obvious trauma responses and help you build new, healthier coping strategies.

I will collaborate with you to create clear, actionable boundaries for every relationship.

I have a deep love for learning and a commitment to always expanding my knowledge to better serve my clients.

I offer a calm, safe, and affirming space where we can tackle challenges with clarity and insight. I am committed to creating a safe, validating, and celebratory environment for individuals of all gender identities, sexual orientations, and relationship structures. With a background in both outpatient and inpatient settings, I'm comfortable discussing major challenges like addiction and serious mental illnesses such as bipolar and depression in an open, non-judgmental way. I work with teens (16+), adults, and couples navigating life's complexities. If you are ready to combine self-reflection with a bit of dry humor and thoughtful challenge, I am your therapist.
