Outside of the office, Brit finds joy in the art of knitting. She sees this hobby as a beautiful metaphor for the therapeutic process - creating something meaningful, one stitch at a time. Her other interests include indulging in British TV dramas, losing herself in a good book, and taking rejuvenating walks.

She understands that the most effective therapeutic relationships are built on a foundation of partnership, where the client's expertise in their own life is valued just as much as evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
