As the Intake Coordinator at Green Valley Therapy, I help create a smooth and welcoming experience for clients from their very first interaction. As a key point of contact, I’m committed to making the intake process clear, supportive, and easy to navigate.

I have over 13 years of experience in customer support, including three years in healthcare, which gave me a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and client care. I’ve supported people with insurance and coverage-related questions and previously worked in a similar intake role within a large network of mental health providers. Before that, I was a Senior Escalation Specialist for a major music streaming platform, where I handled complex concerns with care and efficiency.

Outside of work, I’m a musician and gamer who enjoys creating videos, from music covers and gameplay clips to documenting everyday experiences like travel and movies.
