She joined the team after a 28-year career in public health research as a Senior Study Director, bringing extensive expertise in establishing and implementing standard operating procedures and rigorous quality assurance throughout the data lifecycle—from data collection and management to advanced analysis and reporting.

At Green Valley Therapy, Kathy applies her deep knowledge and attention to detail to support a culture of excellence, accuracy, and compassionate care. Known for her warm and approachable personality, she can occasionally be found at the front desk of the New Market office, where she enjoys connecting and chatting with clients.
