Alex serves as the Intake Coordinator at Green Valley Therapy, helping create a smooth and welcoming experience for clients from their very first interaction. As a key point of contact, she is committed to making the intake process clear, supportive, and easy to navigate.

With over 12 years of experience in customer support—including three years in healthcare—Alex brings a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and client care. She has supported individuals with insurance and coverage-related questions and previously worked in a similar intake role within a large network of mental health providers. Prior to that, she served as a Senior Escalation Specialist for a major music streaming platform, where she handled complex concerns with care and efficiency.

Outside of work, Alex is a musician and gamer who enjoys creating videos—from music covers and gameplay clips to documenting everyday experiences like travel and movies.
